The internet is a wild and zany place.  Pretty much anything you’re looking for can be found with a few taps of the keyboard and clicks of the mouse.  Take, for example, this eHow article on How to Start a Goldfish Farm.  Now let’s break this down…

For eHow to have written this article, they would have to assume that A) there’s a demand for goldfish farms, B) they have enough expertise on the subject to write an article, and C) prospective goldfish farmers are trolling the internet looking for (absurdly basic) instructions on how to go about developing this kind of business.  I mean, just look at their list of “Things You’ll Need.”

• Land
• Tractor or Backhoe
• Fresh water supply
• Goldfish

I’m just going to leave it at that.
